    UPDATE: I didn't have the experience I hoped for - there were a lot of miscommunications and calls that went unanswered. For an rather basic kitchen remodel, the literal hours I spent on the phone and in the showroom is not okay. While some of the anxiety of not knowing who has the answers I needed, and time spent chasing answers couldn't be resolved, I do appreciate the apology from Management and restitution where possible. At the end of the day, I got the appliances I desired on time, and with some delay, they were ultimately installed. It could have been a much smoother process, but lessons have been learned and ultimately I would trust this Company again in the future with my appliances needs.

    Excellent selection, prices, and service. We're remodeling two bathrooms. Carol helped us through all the options for fixtures and accessories that we wanted. We also needed help with matching old and discontinued plumbing valves. Great job!
